books tae read.
fishing`s strangest days.by tom quinn....a intresting and funny book of fishing stories from 1800-1986.i am half way thru the book and is a really good read with some realy funny and intresting stories(put one on the forum a while ago about a young lad who got draged under by a pike)..........he lived.
mr crabtree goes fishing.need i say more.

i've been trying to push this book as vital reading for years now...i must get myself another copy....
i started on small streams and rivers and the cartoon style layout of the book was ideal for reference especially for learning where to fish on different parts of the water

got the book think its in the loft,its been a few years since a read it will need tae read it again,cannae mind the young lads name thu. think it was his grandson.heard that j.r hartley book got published but have never seen it any where

jsut done some research here and got a book review on the book....also available through amazon.com and similiar sites www.first-nature.com/books/venables1.htmbut i'm gonna try get a copy via a RealTime shop

There is a fair hike in price 5 bob to a tenner for a relaunch your originals must be worth 50 quid to a collector a quid for each year. A had a gid book about hill walking it was about a guy walking hills in alphabetical order and they changed the names of some just as he was about to Finnish them and ended up jumping of the last one he had to do as he was ready to publish a book

he must be tellin fibs obody kens mr crabtree tightlines for your trip you are the first in a long line that i have asked that has known the book.....compulsive reading as a kid and untill it was lost in my late 20's... aye and check your copy....might be a first edition... ;D

Listen Bud what age do you think a am, Mr. Crabtree? I have heard of a crab appil but no a crabtree. Lgf got his copy of his Grandad and you got yours for your 9th birthday a first edition to boot Wur did Kasta go he should be guid at fishing with a name like that.
