Am banned from tying that pattern up bud, It makes 2 much of a mess. OK it's one of me own patterns we will call it the Kasta, I might tie them up for a small fee ;D ;D ;D A tied a few of them up last year, in different coloures, A had a few last year on them but a like fishing naturals so tied that up as a kind of natural lure. Works well fished on an intermediate line, and also works well on a floating line. Have you tried the jc yellows yet? they are another productive pattern on local waters.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came up and supported our Trophy Day last Sunday. . Tom Cooper won the fishing competition Archie Dobbie was runner-up. The weather was kind to us and the day went very well, once again very many thanks.
Biggest fish of the week: Mark Keene from Bonnybridge caught a splendid rainbow trout that weighed in at 8lbs
Not the biggest catch of the week but one of the best: 5 Year old Dylan Paterson from Bonnybridge – two fish for 5lbs 8oz

was up at burnhouse yesterday the 16th jan got a all day c+r permit started of 5 pegs from the bothy was a bit slow at start i got a wee take before i moved was oan tht peg for couple hours i then moved down 2 my usual spot right outside the bothy had a couple casts cought a wee 2lbs rainbow tht was returned safely no more bites after tht though i spotted men using buzzers had the best sport oan the day was a good days fishing though glad 2 be back out.burnhouse have also started a loyalty card for regular customers and also started a tagged fish comp which is one pound too enter and 25quid in yer hand if you catch a red tagged fish not a too bad incentive at burnhouse this year

what did you catch the fish on kaszta, it wisnea a white flee by any chance?did you use your new rod? the tagged fish seems a good idea.i take it the loyalty card is for the trophy day. glad to see you have got your fist fish of the season well done.hope there is more to come

yip neilson it was a white fritz and i was up oan saturday aswell done c+r all day again caught six all about 2lbs first 2 on a white fritz and the rest oan the growler it was fishing really well most anglers have a good days sport best area for me was the boating pontoon loads a fash lying in there and the last peg oan the dam wall was also a good area next 2 the outlet
