Fished it a right few years back now with Bobo and Wasp and got a few wee browns and got chased by a badger. Couple of good pools I know off are down from the farm. Here is a couple of pictures.   |

They are down from the farm Gaz the bit with the animals for the weins. Walk right to the end of the path and you come to a big grass patch its down from that. Whatch out for the badgers at night.

ah muiravonside country park a know where you are now might get a season permit for it do you think it would be worth it

Not sure think the Carron is more worth a bet for better fish. Browns Salmon and sea trout. Don't think there is much Salmon and Sea trout in the Avon but maybe a well kept secret.

google search fishalmond jock good run of salmon and see trout but a bit on the small side
