No as good as a Macallan or Highland Park tho. Going to have oldest daughter in the house for the bells as she was supposed by going to George Square. All we can hear are wheelie bins bouncing down the street. ;D shanksi

Now that was rather good Mepstar. I shanksi the highland park is a quality malt. Macallan is also rather nice. But you got to try a new one every year. Take a bottle of Highland park with me to Rum purely for medicinal purposes. Tasting note rather nice with a peaty after taste a blend of four malts. I reckon this would go down rather nice with some smoked trout. I enjoy most malts and find a few can be overpowering on the peat side from Islay. When I done the hill walking would have a few malts after-wards and try-ed out the local one for the area, but your right about the highland park it is a superb malt.

I work for Edrington that own Highland Park and Macallan, also Glenrothes, Tamdhu, Grouse, Cutty Sark so have a good choice. Only problem is I don't like whisky. ;D ;D

Glenrothes is that a blend? sounds like a Fifer drink. Never mind Shanksi there is always Irn Bru.
