ok laff...your gonna anyway....first injury of the season....i'm sitting watching a film on the pc and trying to do up a few casts to save me time...so i'm flicking between the film and the knots link on here....i'm only on my first cast when my neighbour arrives with her new kitten..(cue disaster) i decide to finish of the cast...lubing the knot in my mouth when the kitten attacks the spool....the loop of the knot wraps round my tongue-bar piercing and draws tight i'm pulled round my sitting room by the tongue as this bloody feline runs away with my leader sore tongue

one of the fold had a close call this weekend when trying to cast into gusting wind....our very own Jock caught his cheek with his point fly on his last cast of the day...lucky on the cheek as he had just removed his glasses which he had worn all day got to have the right PPE Jock

I here is a tip wear your glasses round your eyes when casting in the wind, no round your neck.
