went on the first worm slingin trip o the season on sat.that turned oot be be a guid weekend.
left falkirk at 11 sat mornin,get tae oor parkin bit and saw two cars and thought siht oor normal place will be takin,but no they were fishin way tae the left o us,so we got oor usual bit. got oor gear the gither and started the 5 min walk, well it would be 5 mins but we take everything but the kitchen sink so it takes aboot 10 wae me bringin up the rear(gamie leg ye see).as usual get there and there are bottles, cans, gas cans, that have been left by the last fis...(a was going tae say fishermen but i`ll call them numties litter numties) that we put in oor bin bags.
then set up rods, oor beer in the burn and recover(bobo you would love this wee place)not long till somebody is intae a wee fishy, a wee broonie that goes back tae the loch tae get bigger.oh by the way it was warm and sunny, a got ma first fish after aboot an hour another wee broonie that went back, the next couple o hours and just aboot everybody had got something mostly wee broonies but a couple o rainbows that got kept,
then i got the biggest fishy o the day(and the money pot), a broonie of 1.1/2 that went back tae the loch.aboot 30-35 fish were caught mostly broonies that all got put back tae fight another day.4 fish were kept.
ended the night wae a we sing song roond the fire.
a guid weekend fishin, wae yer pals,a few beers a few fish and nae shinanigins.

tunnin up the six string thingy.oh the wind got up thru night night and got a wee bit cold,guid things fires tho.
