glad most of ye got fishies.a phoned jimmy aboot 2 or 3 o`clock and he telt me that it was a tad windy and he got broke a couple o times (a could hear the wind thru ma phone) but said that the fish were there just couldnae get them.me thinks bobo wid have had a field day there. how is the cheek jock.you are a very lucky chappie could have been yer eye,ken how ye feel done the same at the lake  |

just heard frae ma brother that one o his pals was at burnhouse on saturday and had a big fish on for about ten mins then broke his line,and some folk were going after "the big fish"so it looks like there is a very big fish there |

Jimmy got broke twice and Lgf got broke about three or four times and the fish fight like mad and shake there heads when hooked.

Jimmy got broke twice and Lgf got broke about three or four times and the fish fight like mad and shake there heads when hooked. if i had my way i'd be there now...apart fi the wind and a lager lout it was a premium day for me....the fish were superb fighters and the banter and welcome from the other fishers was first class...there was no glum faces i think jimmy might want revenge on dem fishes next time though |

Yip Mike right on both counts, If you want to drink go to the pub if you want to fish go fishing or go and do both in a quiet remote place and remember to clear up your mess, and don't annoy the locals or fellow fishers.

:osorry guys just thought i would take a stroll up tae see whit the score wiz fly fishing and silly me brought beer ands drank!!!the lot apart fae wan can.I put the empty cans in a bag and binned them.
