The water level is low already on a lot of the rivers with the Carron also effected with a release from the water board at the dam due to all the houses getting built around the town. Now stop drinking water and washing and we can get the water back. 
I that be right a hear you say am no looking like that kasta fella. ;D
We can expect water levels to rise in spates, so the fish are going to be stuck in the same place unless we get a good drop of rain over the next couple of weeks.
For you guys out in Camelon get the train to Polmont and walk down to the fishery at Millhall and you will save a few bob, Fikin taxis there and back you could fish for Salmon cheaper.
