should you be able to catch broonies all year round at fisheries?
these fish are bred just for the fishery and are triploid.(non breeding fish) so surely you should be able to catch(and keep) them after the.6 oct

Fair point Neilson, as the stoping of fishing for Brown trout is so they are left in peace to spawn their eggs during the closed season, and as you rightly put it, in the fisheries they are Triploids
