Loch DochartAnother Loch in the Tyndrum area that is joined on to Loch Lubhair, would give it a is miss July onwards as it is well weeded over, It might be worth a shout early season when the weed is low. Never fished it much due to weed and only had one fish off the water this season taken on a Diwal orange head 16 hook. The river Lochy runs in at the head of the loch and is the most fished area. Plenty of rises in the water but don't get too excited as the weed hampers your chances of landing the fish as I found to my cost on more than one occasion even with the dry fly. Permit £6 a day.
