Tie or Buy?

So what do you think? Are you better off buying or making your own, and what about your catch rate?

On a personnel note a catch more at Fisheries with made and on rivers usually have to buy the smaller flies now 16,18s. due to the eyes going.

Probably better off making your own I reckon, although it takes a lot of time and money to constantly add to your materials its most certainly worth it in the long run. Cant beat catching on a fly you have made yourself.

I am ok on tying the small stuff Jock . . . . . at the moment anyway.
