Latest news to reach me is that the condom is not banned on the forth this year at all!its a bit of a yarn but i spoke to wee willie last night who phoned his uncle rab this morning who phoned tam who spoke personally to the guy wot issues the permits an the end result wiz-condoms is not bannad-not this year anyway,so the panic is off;happy hunting as salmon fishing on the forth opened yesterday.
