Good on you Neilson, I the rubbish is a problem but how do you solve it mate? Me and Das Hammer use to burn it, and bag our's up and put in bins on the way home, Think the last time we were away was Loch Earn about 2 or 3 years ago but it become a haven for yobs and a wekend drinking outing for some. Must get ourselves sorted out for next year and get everthing booked with a few away staying in the bunk houses.

got a phone call from one o ma mates ave no seen in ages who wanted tae go fishin,so we went tae swanswater, got there aboot 9.30.the fish were doin there dolphin empressions(oot o the water). I went tae jocks fav bit at the bridge.the fish were risin but they would not take any of the flies i put on.we went over the bridge tae the island.i put on a bibio a couple of casts later i got a knock but missed it. tried other flies but with no luck. went behind the island, went tae ma fav bit got a couple o knocks but still no fishy.all around it seemed obody was catchin but us. the last half hour i went tae the dam while ma mate went back tae the island, where he caught a 2.1/2 blue troot.me i went home wae nae fishy. still it was a guid day oot, catchin up wae ma pal, the day was bright, dull, then got windy, i think i tried all the flies i had, fritz, dancers, buzzers, nats, just was not my day.
