Apparently the Scottish parliament has passed a motion to outlaw all live-baiting in Scotland,dont know when it comes into effect but its to protect our waters from alien non-resident fish from south of the border being introduced!the thing is if its a complete ban then it will stop you from using they wee skimmers youve caught yourself from the same water even in the same session-havent done it myself for a few years but not to say i might not have wanted to again sometime!!!!!
