nope...didn't keep a record...just a mental one and the picture was very disturbing i have got into the habit of keeping records of things now and fishing is next to be added to the list...but as for zero bag weight days i think i'd be adding wether the DAY was good....sometimes i go out to fish but not bothered if i catch any... just for the days fishing...know what i mean? ...course you do...duh...you wouldn't have been fishing that long...(turns to wall and smacks self upside da head)

Got one of these small fishing register books when I bought some fishing equipment, can't remember who it was tho' that sent it. Have started in that but think will have more blank days than catching days.

Ive started a record at the beginning of each season but find that the novelty wears off quite quickly, generally with the river fishin things are tough in march an i soon get bored wi recording blanks an then as the season proresses an catches improve ive no got the time or inclanation anymore-the thing is i reckon there is a lot to learn from our previous experiences an record keeping would help with this-perhaps reminding us what tactics were succesfull in a previous set of similar conditions.
