Hi guys. I've been fishing the river carron for as long as i can remember (that's a while now) and have had a few good fish from it. I have fished from Langlees up to the old Rechem site over my many trips but i'm looking to try new areas.

Could anyone tell me how far up the river i can fish with my LSAC permit?

welcome willgraham.have you tried the viaduct upwards.i have only fished the carron a few times and that was years ago. dont remember the name of the place,but i am sure it was near a papermill dont know if that helps look here.
